Replacing of defective products Policy

  • In case of defective products we’ll be happy to exchange it with another product of same characteristics. Please return the unused item with tags and delivery details within 48 hours of receipt.
  • In case you wish to replace the defective item, you will need to place a replace request for the same following the process as listed below.

  You can initiate the replace request by logging into your Jinklin eCommerse Account.

  • Log into your account.
  • Go to My orders
  • Click on Replace against the defective item you wish to replace.
  • Fill in the details and raise the replace request by clicking on submit button.
  • You will receive a confirmation for the replace initiated.
  • You will be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
  • A maximum amount of Rs.250 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of Jinklin eCommerse Credits.
  • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will validate the defects mentioned in the replace request. Once validated, the replacement will be dispatched to the mentioned postal address. This is subject to availability of replacement at our store.
  • Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

  • Orshel will not be responsible for any incorrect details against defective item replacement arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Jinklin eCommerse Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product at our warehouse.
  • Please pack the product properly before sending it to us using good quality waterproof packing materials. Any lapse in this will not be accepted at our warehouse.

  • Please mention replace Id on the packet.
  • Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
  • Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
